Tip O' Texas RV Resort is located in warm and sunny Pharr, Texas, just one block from Highway 281. This gives our guests convenient access to the best attractions in the Rio Grande Valley and Northern Mexico. Less than an hour's drive away are the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Port Isabel and South Padre Island offer many opportunities including swimming, deep-sea fishing and just lounging on the world-famous gulf beaches.
You'll find three major shopping malls within a few minute's drive, and there are modern grocery stores, banks, pharmacies and just about any shopping you would enjoy in a major northern city. There are many great restaurants too!
Our beautifully landscaped adult retirement park has a reputation as a very active park. Play tennis to your heart's content on one of our two lighted courts, then swing your partner to a live big band on our 7800 sq. ft. dance floor. In season, we have weekly dances, jams, live music and entertainment.
Lounge by the pool next to our rose garden in one of our gazebos or relax in one of our 104 degree spas. Shoot a game of pool in our pool hall. Other on-site amenities and activities include: shuffleboard, horseshoes, bingo, card games, Red Hatters, sewing and quilters groups and craft shows. We have line dancing classes, potluck, parties and tours on our own park bus.
